Die R\u00fcbenw\u00fcrfel werden mit Wasser, Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern, Zwiebel und Kandis gekocht. Obendrauf legt man die Pfoten, etwa 2 Stunden gekochten. In den letzten ca. 20min m\u00fcssen die Kartoffel mitkochen. Wenn alles gar ist, die Pfoten rausnehmen und Steckr\u00fcben und Kartoffeln zerstampfen evtl. mit etwas Milch verd\u00fcnnen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
