Hints for using the Shop in english

We send our articles since 1999 to many countrys in the whole world but at the moment they can use our onlineshop only in german language or with the Onlinetranslator (works good but has restrictions in design, function and ordering). We plan at a later time making it possible to use the shop complete in english. But of course they can making now an order. Please write down the item number from the articel finding this one on the article page and send the order with an email to ausland-os@ostfrieslandshop.de.

Another possibility is to open both shops (the german version and the translated version). So they can read the descriptions from the articles in english and place it parallel in the shopping basket in the german shop. After that you can send your order from the german shop. Please select in the first field 'Länder weltweit ausserhalb der EU' if you order from a land from outside europa. If you order from a land in europa that is a member in the EU please select 'Europa (alle nicht aufgeführten EU Länder)' or if the land is not a member in the EU 'Europa (alle nicht EU Länder)'. In the next field please select 'Kreditkarte' for paying with a creditcard. After this selection hit the button 'Bestellung vervollständigen' and you can enter your personal data in the next formular with ssl encoding. The last action to send the order to us is hitting the gray button 'Bestellung ausführen'.

If they have questions to our articles or how to place an order or the shipping conditions to hers home country please contact us also with the email adress ausland-os@ostfrieslandshop.de. They can write your mail in english. We send an answer to you as fast as possible with the total costs if you sending us an order and then you can answer that the order can be executed.
